The Polish operator calls the new service ‘5G Ultra’.
Plus says the new service will be enabled in 256 base stations in 98 towns across Poland and increase the maximum speed of the network to 1 Gbps. The service is being provided to existing customers of the Plus subscription at no extra charge.
The company says 5G Ultra is the fastest 5G in Poland, achieving these speeds by aggregating three separate bands, including 2.6 GHz, 2.1 GHz and 1800 MHz.
