The mobile operator says over 52% of Slovakia’s population now has access to 5G.
O2 has rolled out coverage to 226 new locations since the beginning of the year, raising the number of places across the country with 5G services to 416.
Customer numbers are growing monthly, the MNO noted. In addition, visitors to holiday areas such as Malá Domaša, Liptovská Mara or Oravská Priehrada can also access 5G services. “At O2, customers can also buy a phone at the best price through a combination of discounts and the popular Buy Phones” program, said O2 Commercial Director Milan Morávek.
