This is one of the issues that will be debated with industry and policymakers at next week’s 5G Observatory workshop.
Representatives from Airbus, BEREC, Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson and OpenSignal will be participating in a panel discussion about the evolving policy and market needs for 5G service deployment tracking and reporting in the EU.
The discussion will take place as part of the 5G Observatory’s 5th Stakeholder Workshop online on the 26th of October between 10:30 – 13:30. The full agenda can be found here, while the registration page for the upcoming workshop can be found here.
During the workshop, the latest 5G Observatory bi-annual report will also be published. The 5G Observatory consortium will present the latest data and key developments related to 5G in the EU and other international markets.
The workshop is open to all stakeholders interested in 5G, including telecom operators and suppliers, national authorities in charge of telecom, spectrum policy and regulation, as well as representatives from vertical industries (such as transport, logistics, automotive, health, energy, smart factories, media and entertainment) and other organisations considering using 5G.
