The paper was published through a programme funded by the European Commission.
Titled “A techno-economic view of the future of telecommunications”, the whitepaper aims to establish an initial model which lays out all of the relevant players in the telecommunications industry and their activities, including their roles and business models.
It will serve as a starting point for the wider work within the EU-funded RESTART research programme which aims to envision the future evolution of the telecommunications ecosystem in Italy and internationally.
