Having recently completed their 5G mobile network, Cyprian operator Cyta claims it now covers the country’s whole population.
According to the operator, this makes Cyprus the first country European Union with 100% 5G population coverage.
“The immediate availability of networks and services in every corner of Cyprus contributes to enhancing the digital maturity of the country and its citizens and, consequently, to the resilience of its economy,” said Kyriakos Kokkinos, Deputy Ministry for Research, Innovation & Digital Policy.
