According to the GSA, which represents mobile equipment suppliers, the number of announced 5G devices rose by 3.2% in March of this year.
The GSA says that there are now a total of 1,334 5G devices available. Around 1,000 of these devices are commercially available. Mobile phones make up around half of this number.
The GSA estimates that by the end of the second quarter of 2022, the total number of commercial devices will increase to 1,200.
